Reima´s bugproof products are here!

Reima is a Finnish clothing brand, known especially for its children's textiles and outdoor clothing. Their "Bugproof" products are clothes that are designed to prevent insects, like tics, from entering the skin and thus prevent bites from mosquitoes and other small insects.

Reima's Bugproof clothes are made of fabrics specially designed to repel insects. The secret of Reima BugProof clothes is citrus grass (lemongrass), from which the extracted oil containing geraniol is the plant's own insect repellent. The repellent is added to the fabric during the surface finishing, and its effectiveness lasts for more than 50 washes. The extract has a very light, pleasant lemon scent, which many insects such as ticks and mosquitoes do not tolerate.

Such clothes are especially useful for children playing outdoors, for example in the forest or in the summer when mosquitoes and other insects are abundant. Bugproof products can be, for example, trousers or socks.

Reima's Bugproof products offer a convenient solution for parents who want to protect their children from insect bites, especially in the summer and when playing outdoors.

Reima on Soome rõivabränd, mis on tuntud eelkõige oma lastetekstiilide ja välirõivaste poolest. Nende "Bugproof" tooted on riided, mis on loodud selleks, et vältida putukate, nagu puukide, nahale sattumist ja seeläbi sääskede ja muude väikeste putukate hammustamist.

Reima Bugproof riided on valmistatud spetsiaalselt putukate peletamiseks mõeldud kangastest. Reima BugProofi riiete saladuseks on tsitruseline rohi (sidrunhein), millest eraldatud geraniooli sisaldav õli on taime enda putukatõrjevahend. Repellent lisatakse kangale pinnaviimistluse käigus ning selle efektiivsus püsib üle 50 pesukorra. Ekstrakt on väga kerge meeldiva sidrunilõhnaga, mida paljud putukad nagu puugid ja sääsed ei talu.

Sellised riided on eriti kasulikud lastele, kes mängivad õues, näiteks metsas või suvel, kui sääski ja muid putukaid on palju. Luukakindlad tooted võivad olla näiteks püksid või sokid.
