If for any reason you want to return or replace the product/s you ordered or have the subject of a complaint, please first read the instructions below. Remember that return costs from outside Finland are always the responsibility of the customer! In this case you can decide which transport company you want to use.

Exchanges and returns

The customer has a 14-day replacement and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. 14 days are calculated from the day the customer has received their order. The right of return applies only to unused and sales -eligible products in the original packaging. Also, make sure that any product stickers are still on the product and the product has not been washed. We only accept one free of charge for one order.

 We alway ask to notify our customer service at asiakaspalvelu@kukkuukids.fi.

 The product being returned/replaced is sent (ONLY IN FINLAND!) using our customer return ID 630955 (shipping free). Mark the ID on the package and take you to the post. Please keep the receipt you received from the mail until your case is over. If you would like to use a mailing bag where the products arrived, Kukkuukids will not compensate for the costs, such as the price of a new mailing bag. The product can also be returned directly to our warehouse, but it must be agreed separately by email. Attach the following information: your name, address and phone number, your account number and/or copy of the receipt that came with the shipment. If the refund is made in violation of these conditions, we will not reimburse any additional costs incurred.  If you want to change the product, return the original product according to the instructions above and place a new order via the online store for the product you want.
